With offices in both Guernsey and Jersey, the Redwood team consists of carefully selected regulatory professionals with a proven track record of meeting client objectives not only on time, but also on budget. We provide ad hoc and ongoing complementary support to existing administration teams as well as carrying out project work and we are also able to perform the roles of Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer, Compliance Officer and Nominated Officer.

Exciting New Era on the Horizon as Redwood Restructures
Redwood Group is thrilled to announce that we have restructured as we look to capitalise on growth, improve operational efficiency and better promote our client service offerings to our ever-increasing client base.
The restructure sees the formation of Redwood Group Holdings Limited, which will act as the Group’s holding company and will oversee all strategic direction and operational matters. Redwood Group Limited has been renamed Redwood Compliance (Guernsey) Limited and Redwood Group (Jersey) Limited becomes Redwood Compliance (Jersey) Limited.
