Duo of Internal Appointments to Support Redwood’s Growth

Grace’s appointment comes as Redwood looks to bring its HR function in-house following ongoing recruitment across its offices. Grace’s initial focus will be on reviewing and developing all people-related policies and procedures, supporting with line management coaching and developing a staff-centric strategy for the Group.


Prior to joining Redwood, Grace was Senior HR Manager of an international financial services company and was also a Youth Work Manager for a local Children’s charity. She will report to Redwood’s Chief Executive, James Wood.


In his new role as IT Manager, Lucas will also support Redwood’s aim to have an in-house IT function. He will oversee all aspects of IT and technical support within the Group, focusing on driving efficiencies and automations.


Lucas brings over 12 years of IT experience within the finance industry, most recently as Technical Delivery Engineer at a local wealth management specialist. He will report to Redwood’s Head of Operations, James Le Gallez.


James Wood, Redwood’s Chief Executive, said: “We have ambitious plans to expand our operations across the Channel Islands and Ireland, and having the right infrastructure in place is crucial to our success.


“Grace and Lucas bring a wealth of experience within their respective fields, and this will be invaluable for ensuring we have the highest calibre of staff on board and the optimum technical support available to them. It’s great to welcome them both to the team.

Redwood is pleased to announce two internal appointments as the firm continues to realise its ambitious growth plans across the Channel Islands and into Ireland. Grace Thoumine joins the business as Head of Human Resources, while Lucas Elliott has been appointed IT Manager.
