Charlotte Sanders

Charlotte joined Redwood in 2024 and is part of the corporate secretarial function in the Guernsey office. Charlotte has over twelve years’ experience within in the offshore finance industry working on a range of alternative funds including private equity and real estate companies. Charlotte brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance and client management to the team.

Charlotte has also worked on clients listed on the London Stock Exchange, including FTSE 250 companies, where she provided company secretarial and governance support.

Charlotte is a Chartered Governance Professional with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
