Grace Thoumine

Grace brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Head of Human Resources at Redwood Group. With over six years at a leading private wealth firm, where she progressed from Human Resources Officer to Senior Human Resources Manager, Grace has honed her skills in recruiting, employee relations, and overall HR management. Grace holds an MA and is an Associate Member of CIPD, demonstrating her strong commitment to professional development and excellence in human resources. Outside of the office, Grace plays an active role in supporting local charities through her role as a voluntary Board Director and she also runs a weekly youth group providing a safe space and support for young people in Guernsey.
