Lara Norman

Lara joined Redwood in 2024 as part of the Co Sec team and has learnt an array of valuable skills such as the incorporation of companies, submitting registry filings and the organisation of Board meetings. Lara studied at The Guernsey Grammar School. Following her studies, she gained valuable experience working at one of Guernsey's largest fund administration companies, where she honed her skills in client management, due diligence, and general fund administration.

Outside of her professional career, Lara is a passionate and accomplished showjumper. She has proudly represented Guernsey on the island team four times and achieved notable success in national-level competitions.
