Rachel is a senior fiduciary professional with over 20 years of experience in the trust and company sector, holding STEP & ILM qualifications. Throughout her career, she has held senior management and board director positions at prominent fiduciary firms in both Guernsey and Mauritius, bringing a wealth of expertise to every role.


Known for her solution-oriented approach, Rachel has consistently demonstrated leadership in strategic problem resolution, facilitating change initiatives, and designing and implementing outsourcing solutions. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions has been a hallmark of her career.


With strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues, Rachel is dedicated to helping teams achieve their goals. She is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture, ensuring that all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to the organisation’s success.


In her current role Rachel, combines her extensive operational experience and leadership skills to support the HR function, while also leveraging her strategic insights to help develop the internal HR function for Redwood. Her broad knowledge base and strategic vision make her a key asset in driving the company’s continued growth and success.
